Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By ordering our services, you agree to these terms.

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter: Terms) apply to web development services provided by Swiftweb (hereinafter: Provider). By ordering services, the Client accepts these Terms.

2. Services

The Provider offers the following services: • Single-page landing page development • Multi-page business website development • Website maintenance and updates • SEO optimization and speed improvements

3. Order Process

1. Contact through the website or email 2. Free consultation to assess requirements 3. Price quote delivery 4. Order confirmation and deposit payment 5. Design and development 6. Testing and approval 7. Delivery and final payment

4. Payment Terms

• Deposit: 50% of total amount, due upon ordering • Final invoice: remaining 50%, due upon delivery • Payment method: bank transfer • Payment deadline: 8 days

In case of late payment, the Provider may suspend work.

5. Delivery Timelines

• SwiftStart (landing page): 1 week • SwiftGrowth (multi-page): 2 weeks • Custom projects: by agreement

Timelines start from order confirmation and deposit receipt. Client delays (e.g., late material submission) will extend deadlines proportionally.

6. Intellectual Property

• Source code becomes Client property after final payment • Provider may showcase the project as reference work (unless otherwise agreed) • Licensing of stock images and fonts is the Client's responsibility

7. Warranty and Support

• 30-day bug fix warranty from delivery • Warranty covers technical issues caused by the Provider • Not covered: Client-requested modifications, third-party interventions, hosting issues

8. Limitation of Liability

The Provider is not liable for: • Website content (texts, images provided by Client) • Third-party services (hosting, domain) • Lost profits or indirect damages • Force majeure events

9. Contract Termination

• Client may cancel before work begins, deposit will be refunded • Cancellation after work begins requires payment for completed work • Provider may terminate immediately if Client seriously breaches terms

10. Disputes

Parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If unsuccessful, Hungarian courts have jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by Hungarian law.
